We offer physical products, decorative items, figurines, accessories, 3D-printed products, and customized merchandise.

02 / Acceptance of terms

By using our website or placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have had access to these Terms and Conditions and the relevant product information.

Purchases are governed by Colombian law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts or waives any mandatory consumer rights.

03 / Products and specifications

Products are displayed with relevant descriptions, pricing, materials, dimensions, and other information intended to support informed purchasing decisions.

Items manufactured through 3D printing may feature visible layer lines or minor surface characteristics inherent to the manufacturing process, provided these do not compromise product quality, fitness for purpose, or safety and are consistent with the information provided.

Product photographs are visual references. Any material discrepancy between the delivered product and the agreed specifications remains subject to applicable consumer protection rights.

04 / Prices, taxes, and promotions

All prices are displayed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be disclosed before order confirmation.

Promotions, coupons, and discounts are subject to their stated validity periods, availability, and conditions.

Customers will have the opportunity to review the total order amount before confirming payment.

05 / Orders and payments

Orders are placed through the purchasing options available on our website. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Once an order has been registered, the customer will receive the corresponding confirmation information through the available communication channels.

Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers. Payment processing and security are also subject to the applicable provider's terms.

06 / Manufacturing and customization

Some products are available for immediate dispatch, while others are manufactured after an order is placed.

For customized products, customers must provide accurate information regarding names, text, logos, colors, measurements, or requested designs.

Where applicable, customers may be asked to review and approve a design proposal before production begins.

07 / Shipping and delivery

We ship to destinations within Colombia, subject to logistics coverage and availability.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be communicated before checkout is completed. Orders qualifying for free-shipping promotions will receive that benefit under the advertised conditions.

When no specific delivery period has been communicated, the statutory maximum of thirty (30) calendar days, counted from the day following communication of the order, will apply.

If the applicable delivery period is not met or the product is unavailable, customers may exercise their statutory rights, including contract termination and reimbursement where legally applicable.

08 / Withdrawal and returns

For online purchases, where legally applicable, consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within five (5) business days following delivery of the product.

Statutory exceptions apply, including goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

09 / Statutory warranty

Products are covered by the statutory warranty applicable under Colombian consumer protection law.

In cases involving defects in quality, fitness for purpose, or safety, customers may request legally available remedies, including repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.

Manufacturing a product through 3D printing does not exclude statutory warranty protection.

10 / Proper use and care

Customers should follow the usage, maintenance, and safety instructions provided with each product.

Products made from PLA or other heat-sensitive materials should not be exposed to high temperatures or used for purposes incompatible with their specifications.

Products containing small components should be kept away from young children when a choking or ingestion hazard exists.

11 / Intellectual property

Hanix Shop's original designs, trademarks, photographs, text, and other content are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Customers requesting products featuring third-party logos, trademarks, or designs must hold the necessary permissions. Hanix may decline requests that infringe third-party rights.

12 / Personal data protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and other applicable regulations, for duly disclosed purposes including order processing, payment management, delivery, and customer support.

13 / Customer support and complaints

For questions, requests, complaints, claims, or concerns related to purchases, please contact soporte@hanix.io.

Claims will be handled within the applicable statutory time limits.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, including Law 1480 of 2011, Law 2439 of 2024, and other applicable e-commerce and consumer protection regulations.
